WHY IS MY ORDER NOT SHIPPING?
If you place an order and something is out of stock or on pre-order your order will ship when all items are in stock.
What is the Production Time?
Support A Cause is a made to order company. This means that the item(s) are not produced until after your order is placed. We ask for 10 to 14 business days for production once your order is placed.
During the production time your order status will show as “Awaiting Fulfillment”. Once your order has been produced and fulfilled your order status will change from "Awaiting Fulfillment" to “Shipped”. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
*Production times may vary if you ordered a special edition design, an embroidery item, or large order.
We also drop ship from our wholesale providers that are large credible companies. They try to ship most un- decorated products within 24-48 hours from the order being placed.
Any of our products that we sell un-decorated can be customized for your organization, business, or club. We give veteran’s and Veterans organizations a discount of at least 5% off their order but your status could be verified if we are not familiar with you.

Do you ship International

Shipping to APO/FPO mailboxes
For APO/FPO addresses, please ensure that your shipping information is properly formatted to fight against errors in our shipping systems. Here is an example of a properly formatted address:
NAME: JOHN DOE
COMPANY (FPO ONLY): USS Grunt Style
STREET 1: UNIT/PSC 1234
STREET 2: BOX 1234
STATE: ARMED FORCES PACIFIC

What is Made to Order mean
Support A Cause is a made to order company, meaning that designs are not produced until after your order is placed. We work on a schedule of 10 to 14 business days per production cycle, therefore, we ask for up to 10 to 14 business days before your order ships out to you.
During this time your order status will show as “Awaiting Fulfillment”. Once your order is ready to ship the status will change to “Shipped” and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
Need a different size, a different design, store credit or a refund? No problem!
Here at Support A cause we like to make your experience as easy AND as enjoyable as possible with our hassle-free return policy. We accept items for refund or store credit within 60 days of the original order date if the product is in new condition. NO exchanges will be processed.
We do NOT offer returns or exchanges on under garments, or underwear for any reason.
We will process your request within 24-48 business hours of receipt of your return. Please note shipping costs incurred on your original order are not refunded upon return.
